Communication Practices: We can usually respond to phone calls right away - we forward calls to a cell phone - but cell phone coverage is spotty here in the mountains, and sometimes we go off into the woods for a few days. We may wait until the next business day before responding. The business line rings in both the studio and the house, so don't be surprised if we answer when you are expecting to get voice mail.
